Foreign Minister receives US Special Envoy for Yemen

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received Timothy Lenderking, the US Special Envoy for Yemen.

The meeting saw an exchange of views on the Yemeni crisis and the current escalation in the region. They also discussed the absolute necessity of stopping the war in the Gaza Strip and securing the entry of humanitarian relief.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Sheikh Ahmed Almaskari, Head of the Foreign Ministry's Department for the GCC and the region, as well as  a number of Omani and American officials.
