Uzbekistan: Embassy celebrates Qaranqasho

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, organised a Qaranqasho celebration on the 14th of Ramadan, corresponding to March 14, 2025. The event was part of reviving authentic Omani traditions and showcasing Omani cultural heritage.

The Qaranqasho was held at the Embassy and saw the participation of members of the diplomatic corps, international organisations and business executives  in Tashkent.

Children enjoyed various recreational activities. Gifts and sweets were distributed, creating an atmosphere of joy and happiness.

This celebration reflects the Embassy’s commitment to preserving Omani heritage and enhancing cultural engagement with the diplomatic and international community.
