Finland: Ambassador presents her credentials

Alexander Stubb, President of the Republic of Finland, met today in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, with Maitha Saif Almahrouqi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Federal Republic of Germany, to receive her credentials as Oman's Non-Resident Ambassador to Finland.

Ambassador Almahrouqi conveyed to the President the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik along with His Majesty’s wishes to the President for good health and happiness and to the friendly government and people of Finland for continued progress and prosperity.

The President asked the Ambassador to convey his sincere regards to His Majesty, wishing good health for His Majesty and continued progress and prosperity for the Government and people of Oman.

Ambassador Almahrouqi expressed the keenness of His Majesty's Government to strengthen the distinguished relations between Oman and Finland  and to advance cooperation in all fields to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries.
