US President receives Oman's Foreign Minister

Joe Biden, President of the United States of America, received the Sultanate of Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi, during a reception held yesterday (September 20th) by the President on the occasion of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting with President Biden and First Lady Dr Jill Biden, Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Biden, along with His Majesty’s wishes to him and to the American people for continued growth and prosperity. He also wished for relations between Oman and the USA to progress further.

President Biden asked Foreign Minister Albusaidi to convey his greetings to His Majesty the Sultan along with  his appreciation and good wishes for His Majesty and the Omani people. He also sent his wishes for the relations of the two friendly countries to continue to further progress and develop.
