Tax imposed on visitors to Bali
Oman's Embassy in Jakarta has advised Omani citizens wishing to visit the Republic of Indonesia that the Bali Provincial Government has imposed a tax of 150,000 Indonesian rupiah (equivalent to 10 US dollars) on foreign tourists.
The following categories are exempt: holders of diplomatic and official visas, members of transport crews, holders of temporary residence (KITAS) or permanent residence (KITAP) cards, holders of reunification visas, holders of study visas and holders of golden visas.
