UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was at the head of the welcoming party that received His Majesty in Abu Dhabi.
The visit is in response to an invitation from UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to His Majesty to take part in a meeting between GCC Leaders, King Abdullah II of Jordan and President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi of Egypt.
They reviewed bilateral cooperation including joint business, investment and cultural programmes designed to serve the two countries’ mutual interests.
The meeting reviewed 200 years of cooperation and friendship between the U.K. and the Sultanate.
Eng. Said bin Hamood Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology was the guest speaker at the event in London.
