The visit is in affirmation of the distinguished relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar and is based on the keenness of the two countries’ leaderships to enhance joint ties at all levels.
The message was handed over by HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said, Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan, when he was received by the Qatari Monarch at the Emiri Diwan in Doha today.
During the calls, they stressed their countries' solidarity with the Sultanate while it tackles impacts of the tropical cyclone.
Oman expressed its staunch backing for the stability of the region based on promoting the logic of peace and advocating the settlement of disputes through understanding, dialogue and tolerance.
The meeting discussed issues of common concern, notably the Palestinian cause and its developments.
