Representing His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik Al Said headed the delegation of the Sultanate of Oman at the closing session of the G20 summit in the Indian capital New Delhi.
In a speech to the summit Sayyid Asaad confirmed Sultanate's commitment to the international community, the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Agreement.
Sayyid Asaad will lead the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation to the G20 Summit.
His Highness will represent His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik at the two-day summit, which starts in New Delhi tomorrow.
The message concerns cooperation between Oman and India, in the context of the strong relations between the two countries.
The meeting discussed strategic relations between Oman and India and areas of current and future cooperation.
