The Foreign Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, held a workshop on "The Economy of Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen in the Sultanate of Oman: Opportunities and Possibilities."
Oman's Energy Minister of Energy unveiled the Sultanate’s new climate commitment and its ambitious goal to become one of the largest green hydrogen producers and exporters globally.
The launch press conference will also announce opportunities and incentives for investment in the green hydrogen sector in Oman and the establishment of the Oman Centre for Sustainability.
After giving thanks for the riches and stability with which Allah has endowed Oman and praying to the Almighty Allah to protect Oman, His Majesty reviewed domestic, regional and international circumstances. His Majesty focussed his Royal attention on matters of significance to citizens, notably economic and social affairs.
