Start of workshops to introduce a system for measuring individual performance of Ministry employees
As part of the efforts to introduce a scheme for measuring individual performance and encouraging institutional proficiency, the System Team at the Foreign Ministry is conducting a series of workshops to explain the scheme to the Ministry’s employees.
The workshops provide an introduction to the system and explain how it aims to set goals and build individual plans according to the OKR methodology (Objectives and Key Results).
The system aims to develop the human resources at the Ministry by building a culture of proficiency in job performance, linking productivity with incentives and qualifications, in line with the initiatives of Oman Vision 2040.
