Sayyid Badr meets Singapore Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi met with Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman , Minister in the Singapore Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Second Minister for Education, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, both Ministers reaffirmed their mutual commitment to following up on the outcomes of the historic visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Singapore last December. They also emphasised the importance of continuing the strategic dialogue between the two countries and enhancing cooperation in various fields, including the digital economy, innovation, energy, education and advanced technology.

They also agreed on the significance of promoting the values of dialogue, justice and respect as a means of resolving disputes and conflicts peacefully. They highlighted the essential role of diplomacy in bridging differences and fostering mutual understanding.
