Representing His Majesty the Sultan, Oman’s Foreign Minister participates in swearing-in ceremony of Iranian President

Charged by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of Oman, represented the Sultanate at the swearing-in ceremony of Dr Ebrahim Raisi as the new President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The ceremony, held in Iran’s capital, Tehran, in the Majlis (Parliament), also saw the participation of representatives from various world countries, including presidents and heads of governments.

Sayyid Badr was accompanied at the ceremony by Ibrahim Ahmed al-Ma’aini, Oman’s Ambassador to Iran and members of the accompanying Omani delegation.
