Political and Diplomatic Committee of Omani Saudi Coordination Council meets

The second meeting of the Political and Diplomatic Coordination Committee, formed under the Omani Saudi Coordination Council, was held via video conference.

The meeting was chaired for the Sultanate of Oman by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs and for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Dr Saud bin Mohammed Al Sati, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Omani Saudi Coordination Council. It also addressed relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them in line with the guidance and aspirations of their leaderships, to serve the interests of their peoples.

The meeting also reviewed initiatives for cooperation developed by the Committee, agreeing on the importance of ensuring their implementation.
