Oman's Foreign Minister in phone call with UN Secretary General

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi has received a phone call from the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres to discuss the latest developments in the Yemeni crisis.

Their discussions covered the efforts made to stop the war and all military operations and, through direct dialogue between all the parties, to achieve a peaceful solution, to allow the entry of humanitarian aid and to achieve a better life for the Yemeni people.

The Minister and Secretary General both emphasised their support for the efforts of UN Yemen Envoy Martin Griffiths and also for the efforts of the American administration to stop the war and revive political negotiations to meet the aspirations of all Yemenis.
