Jawhar’s career in banking began when she graduated top of her class at the University of Reading, UK, in International Business and Finance. She worked as a Senior Consultant in Tax Advisory, and recently joined Oman Investment Bank as an Analyst.
Jawhar’s successes include competing in a global tax professional competition in which she placed top 10 out of a pool of over 5,000 tax professionals.
In 2023, Oman Investment Bank was introduced to the third market of the Muscat Stock Exchange, which is designed to support SMEs. The Bank is forecast to boost Oman’s capital market.
