Haroun has worked in the culinary industry for over 18 years. He is highly adept at cooking dishes from around the globe. His role at the Gulf Chef School requires him to pass on his passion to trainees, so they are equipped for the competitive culinary world.
Haroun is also a judge at HORECA, one of the Middle East’s largest hospitality exhibitions, and volunteers as a mentor to young chefs. He has helped to put Oman’s National Hospitality Institute on the map, thanks to the quality of and love for food that he brings to the table.
