Bushra joined Shell in 2021, specialising in strategic planning of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and project valuations. She is responsible for Shell’s joint ventures and new development deals in Oman’s Liquified Natural Gas production.
Shell opened downstream operations in Oman in 1958. It supports the development of Oman’s energy sector through social investment programmes and partners with the government to ensure the country’s energy industry remains world class.
Before joining Shell, Bushra worked at Oman’s National Programme for Fiscal Balance, Oman Power and Water Procurement Company, and the Authority for Electricity Regulation. She was recently selected for the Royal Academy for Administration’s National Collaborative Leadership Programme.
