Oman welcomes Armenia’s recognition of Palestine

The Foreign Ministry expressed Oman’s welcome of the Republic of Armenia’s recognition of the State of Palestine.

In a statement, the Ministry said it appreciated this positive decision and urged the rest of the international community to follow suit to preserve the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state in a way that strengthens all efforts towards a two-state solution that achieves lasting and sustainable peace in the region.
