Oman at emergency Arab League meeting on Gaza

Abdullah Al Rahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the Arab League, participated in an emergency meeting of the League's Council at the level of Permanent Representatives, devoted to discussing the Israeli escalation and its ongoing violations against Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

The meeting condemned the systematic Israeli violations, which it said amount to ethnic cleansing.

The meeting also emphasised the need for effective international action to halt the crimes being committed against the Palestinians.

It expressed full support for all efforts to consolidate the ceasefire and protect civilians.
