Oman offers condolences to Syria over military college attack

Oman's Foreign Ministry has sent its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Syrian Arab Republic and to the families of the victims of an attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of students at a military college in the city of Homs. It also sent its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.

More than 60 people are reported to have died in the attack.

In a Foreign Ministry statement the Sultanate reaffirmed its position in condemning violence and terrorism in all its forms.
