Oman and Italy hold political talks

Shaikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs held a session of political talks in Muscat today with Manlio Di Stefano, Italian Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The two sides reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation in economic, scientific and cultural areas and ways to enhance cooperation in all fields.

The two sides also exchanged views on a range of current regional and international issues of common interest.

The session was attended by officials from both countries.
