Oman congratulates Morocco, Portugal and Spain on hosting 2030 World Cup

Oman's Foreign Ministry has sent the Sultanate’s congratulations to Morocco, Portugal and Spain on the success of their bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

A Foreign Ministry statement also congratulated Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay on securing the opportunity to host the three matches of the tournament on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the World Cup.

The Foreign Ministry sent all six countries its sincere hopes for success in organising this global event. It added that Oman has full confidence that in staging the World Cup, the six countries would realise an outstanding edition of the international tournament.
