Oman condemns attack on Saudi hospital in Sudan

The Foreign Ministry expresses the Sultanate of Oman's condemnation and denunciation of the targeting of the Saudi hospital in the city of Al Fashir in the sisterly Republic of Sudan.

It sends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Sudanese government and the families of the victims.

In an official statement, Oman stresses the need to respect international humanitarian law and spare civilian and medical facilities, and humanitarian workers, from the effects of armed conflicts. It calls on all parties to resort to dialogue to resolve differences, in order to preserve the supreme interests of brotherly Sudan.
