Oman and Slovenia hold political consultations

The Foreign Ministries of Oman and Slovenia held a first round of political consultations in Muscat today.

The Omani side was headed by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs, while the Slovenian side was headed by Samuel Žbogar, State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Slovenia.

The two sides discussed relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them.

The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international situations of common interest, as well as the efforts exerted to resolve them by peaceful means.

The session was attended by officials from the foreign ministry of each country
