Oman and Mongolia discuss cooperation

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting with Battsetseg Batmunkh, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, during Sayyid Badr's official visit to Mongolia.

The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the Sultanate and Mongolia, exploring ways to enhance and develop them in various fields, including economic, trade, and investment cooperation.

The meeting also reviewed the latest regional and international developments of mutual interest, emphasising the importance of working together to achieve security and stability in the region and the world.

A Memorandum of Understanding regarding bilateral consultations was signed between the Foreign Ministry of Oman and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.

The meeting was attended by Nasser bin Mohammed Albusaidi, Oman's Ambassador to the People's Republic of China and Mongolia; Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz Alhousni, Head of the Asia and Pacific Department, and Omani and Mongolian  officials.
