Oman and Malta hold political talks

Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, held a session of political talks today with Evarist Bartolo, Minister for Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Malta.

The session reviewed bilateral cooperation in economic, scientific, and cultural areas between the two friendly countries and the means of promoting them.

The two sides also exchanged views on several regional and international issues of common interest. They touched on the international response in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic and its new mutations, as well as international cooperation in providing vaccines that are key to the recovery from the pandemic and its health, social and economic impacts.
