Oman and Belarus hold trade and investment talks
Oman's Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Qais Moosa Al Yousef, met at the Invest in Oman Hall the Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, Alexei Bogdanov, and his accompanying delegation who are currently visiting the Sultanate.
Aspects of cooperation between the two friendly countries were discussed. They also reviewed indicators of inter-trade growth and ways to increase trade and investment exchanges and facilitate shipping and import and export routes in various areas.
Opportunities in the investment and economic environment and its strategic role in supporting the private sector and economic development were also discussed.
The Belarusian delegation toured the Invest in Oman Hall, during which they learned about the services and facilities provided to investors wishing to invest in the Sultanate, the investment mechanism, the entities associated with it, the capabilities and information it provides to investors and the most prominent opportunities available in various economic sectors.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials from both sides.
