Oman and Austria hold political consultations

The third round of political consultations between Oman's Foreign Ministry and the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of Austria was held in Muscat.

The Omani delegation was led by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Undersecretary for Political Affairs, while the Austrian delegation was headed by Gregor Koessler, Political Director of the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.

The session reviewed relations between the two friendly countries and reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing cooperation across various fields.

They also discussed several regional and international issues of mutual concern, including the repercussions of the Israeli war on Gaza.

The session was attended by officials from both Oman and Austria.
