Oman Air launches direct flights from Muscat to Rome

Oman Air has launched direct flights from Muscat to the Italian capital, Rome, operating four times a week starting from 20 December 2024.

This new route offers passengers from the Sultanate of Oman the opportunity to travel directly to Rome for the first time ever.

The inaugural direct flight from Rome to Muscat was marked by a ceremony attended by His Highness Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, Oman’s Ambassador to Italy; Pierluigi D'Elia, the Italian Ambassador to Oman, and officials from Rome Fiumicino Airport.
