National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking holds meeting

The National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking (NCCHT) today held a regular meeting, chaired by Sheikh Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs and Chairman of the Committee.

The meeting reviewed the NCCHT’s achievements and followed up on the progress of work in implementing the national action plan to combat human trafficking in Oman for the period 2021 to 2023.

Committee members also reviewed the efforts and activities undertaken by the NCCHT to reinforce awareness of the importance of tackling the crime of human trafficking.
