Foreign Ministers of Oman and Egypt affirm depth of relations

Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Albusaidi, and Egypt's Foreign Minister, held a meeting at Al Alam Palace today.

The meeting comes within the framework of the official visit paid by President Abdul Fattah El Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman.

The two sides reaffirmed the advanced relations between Oman and Egypt and underscored the importance of enhancing them in economic, investment, tourism and scientific fields. They also exchanged views on various regional and international matters of common interest. They stressed the importance of resolving conflicts through peaceful means and dialogue.

The meeting was attended by Abdullah Nasser Al Rahbi, Oman's Ambassador to Egypt, Khalid Radi, Egypt's Ambassador to Oman and Khalid Almuslahi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department.
