Ministry event marks World Quality Week
The Foreign Ministry, in collaboration with the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow Up Unit, held an event as part of World Quality Week.
The event was hosted at the Diplomatic Club by Ambassador Yousuf Alzadjali, Head of the Ministry's Human Resources Department.
In his speech, Ambassador Alzadjali highlighted the importance of enhancing quality standards in government institutions, noting that such initiatives reflect Oman's commitment to achieving the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, to improve work efficiency, enhance public services and promote institutional excellence.
Several government institutions showcased their experiences and expertise in quality talking about the application of best practices to improve institutional performance and raise the level of services provided.
The presentations focused on successful experiences that have yielded tangible results in institutional performance to better meet the needs of beneficiaries.
The event was attended by a number of heads of department from the Foreign Ministry, along with representatives from various government entities. It provided opportunities for the exchange of expertise and the sharing of successful practices.
