Minister visits Astana Grand Mosque

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi visited the Astana Grand Mosque as part of his official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Mosque is one of the country’s most prominent religious landmarks and the largest in Central Asia.

The Minister was briefed on the Mosque’s design, featuring exquisite Islamic decorations, geometric patterns and Arabic calligraphy adorning its walls and domes. These details reflect the ancient Islamic heritage of the building.

Sayyid Badr commended the Mosque's role in spreading the values of tolerance and promoting cultural exchange between peoples.

Several officials from both countries accompanied the Minister during the visit.
