Minister calls Foreign Minister of Syrian Interim Government

Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, held a phone call with Asaad Hassan Al Shibani, Foreign Minister of the Syrian Interim Government.

Sayyid Badr reiterated Oman's firm position in supporting the will of the Syrian people, and preserving Syria's sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.

The Ministers' discussed the deep and strong historical ties between the Omani and Syrian peoples, the continuation of cooperation between the two brotherly countries, and support for efforts towards development and stability in Syria and the region.
