Minister at media event marking anniversary of His Majesty ‘s accession

Coinciding with Oman’s celebrations of the fifth anniversary of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik’s accession, Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi participated in media events organised by the Ministry of Information.

The events were attended by 49 international media organisations representing 18 countries.

During the events, the Minister discussed Oman’s positive approach to foreign policy, which is based on dialogue, understanding, and promoting regional and international peace and stability.

The Minister affirmed Oman’s commitment to further strengthening its friendly and cooperative relations with all countries and peoples, aiming to promote mutual interests and contribute to sustainable development.

Sayyid Badr responded to questions from journalists, shedding light on Oman’s future vision and its role in addressing regional and global challenges through building partnerships and expanding mutual benefits and shared interests.

The meetings provided international media organisations with an opportunity to learn about Oman’s unique experience in various fields, and to highlight the Oman's role as a responsible and active member of the international community.
