Emperor of Japan receives His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham
Japan's Emperor Naruhito received His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham, Oman's Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
During the meeting, His Highness Sayyid Theyazin conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Japan's Emperor, along with his wishes for the Emperor’s continued health and happiness, and for the friendly Japanese people to enjoy lasting prosperity and growth.
Japan's Emperor asked His Highness Sayyid Theyazin to convey his greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, wishing him continued health and well-being, and the Omani people steady progress and development.
The meeting also reviewed the close historical ties between the two friendly countries, as well as areas of cooperation and partnership, and ways to strengthen and develop them to serve mutual interests.
