Iranian President receives Foreign Minister

Dr Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran met with Sayyid Badr Hamad Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of Oman in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

During the meeting, Sayyid Badr conveyed greetings from His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik to the Iranian President, along with His Majesty’s best wishes for the President’s health and wellbeing, for the permanent progress and prosperity of the Iranian people, and for further growth in the relations between the two countries.

The Iranian President asked Sayyid Badr to convey his greetings and best wishes of good health and wellbeing to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people. He also expressed his wish for further progress and prosperity between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by Dr Mohammad Javad Zarif, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ibrahim Ahmed al-Ma’aini, Oman’s Ambassador to Iran, the delegation accompanying Sayyid Badr and a number of Iranian officials.
