His Majesty The Sultan Receives Phone Calls from Arab Leaders

His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik received phones calls from a number of leaders, crown princes of the brotherly countries to express solidarity with the Sultanate on the tropical cyclone “Shaheen” that impacted the Sultanate.

His Majesty the Sultan received the phones calls from:

–      The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

– King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain

– Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar.

– King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

– Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan

– Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces in the United Arab Emirates.

– Sheikh Mishaal Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah, Deputy Emir and Crown Prince of Kuwait.

During the calls, they stressed their countries' solidarity with the Sultanate while it tackles impacts of the tropical cyclone.

They also expressed their heartfelt condolences and sympathies to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people on victims of the cyclone, praying to the Almighty Allah to rest their souls in peace in paradise and grant their families fortitude to bear the loss, and protect the Sultanate against all harms.

From his side, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for their kind gestures and sincere sympathies, praying to the Almighty Allah to protect them and people of their countries against all harms.
