His Majesty the Sultan issues four Royal Decrees
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said has issued four Royal Decrees:
Royal Decree (13/2024) amends some provisions of the State of Emergency Law.
Royal Decree (14/2024) determines the specialisations of the Ministry of Social Development and approves its organisational structure.
Royal Decree (15/2024) appoints a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.
Article (1) appoints Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, Ambassador of Oman to the Italian Republic, as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.
Article (2) says this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree (16/2024) appoints a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Digital Cooperation Organisation in Riyadh.
Article (1) appoints Sayyid Faisal bin Turki bin Mahmoud Al Said, Ambassador of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the Digital Cooperation Organisation in Riyadh.
Article (2) says this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
