His Majesty sends message to President of Tajikistan

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Emomali Rahmon, of the Republic of Tajikistan. The message concerns relations between the two friendly countries and how to advance them.

The message was handed over by Ibrahim bin Ahmed Almuaini, Oman's Ambassador to Tajikistan, when he was received by Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Foreign Minister of Tajikistan, in the capital, Dushanbe, on behalf of the President.

During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty and his good wishes to President Rahmon for good health and happiness and to the friendly people of Tajikistan for progress and prosperity. Foreign Minister Muhriddin asked the Ambassador to convey the President's sincere greetings and his good wishes to His Majesty and the Omani people for continued progress and prosperity.

The meeting also reviewed the good relations between the two friendly countries, emphasising their shared interest in enhancing cooperation in various fields.
