His Majesty receives message from Algerian President

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, concerning the relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to support and develop them in various fields.

His Majesty received the message during his reception of Ahmed Attaf, Foreign Minister of Algeria, at Al Barakah Palace today.

During the meeting, the guest conveyed the greetings of the Algerian President and his best wishes for His Majesty and the Omani people for further progress and prosperity.

His Majesty in turn entrusted the guest with conveying his greetings and best wishes for good health and happiness to President Tebboune and his wishes for further development and progress to the brotherly Algerian people.

The meeting reaffirmed the strong bilateral relations between Oman and Algeria, in addition to discussing matters of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi; Dr Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, the Head of the Private Office; Hussein bin Ali bin Abdul Latif, advisor to the Private Office and Mohammed Ali Boughazi, Algeria's Ambassador to Oman.
