His Majesty issues Royal Decree appointing ambassador at large

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued issued Royal Decree No. 2022/70 appointing Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zaher Al Hinai as an ambassador at large, in the special class, with the Foreign Ministry.
