His Majesty and King of Bahrain hold talks
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain held an official session of talks at Al Alam Palace.
At the outset of the session, His Majesty reiterated his welcome to King Hamad, as an eminent guest of the Sultanate of Oman, wishing him and his accompanying delegation a pleasant stay.
King Hamad expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty for the warm welcome and hospitality.
The session reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries and means of promoting them in various spheres in a manner that serves interests of the two peoples and meets their aspirations.
The two leaders also exchanged views on the situation in the region, as well as regional and international developments. They also discussed matter of mutual interest.
