Foreign Minister meets with ambassadors and heads of missions to Oman

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting today with ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the Sultanate.

In the meeting, the Minister addressed the constants of Omani foreign policy, regional and international developments as well as the efforts being made by Oman to enhance the investment environment, diversify the economy and achieve financial sustainability.

The meeting also dealt with the efforts being made made towards tackling the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and the importance of international cooperation in this respect.

The Minister exchanged views with the ambassadors on areas of cooperation between the Foreign Ministry and diplomatic missions.

Sayyid Badr praised the efforts of the ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Oman to strengthen relations and cooperation between their countries and the Sultanate.

The meeting was attended by Khalid Almuslahi, head of the Minister's Office Department and  Dr. Khalid  Aljaradi, head of the Protocol Department as well as a number of officials of the Foreign Ministry.
