Foreign Minister in calls with Iranian and Iraqi counterparts
Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, today received a phone call from Dr Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Iranian Minister expressed his country's thanks and appreciation to the Sultanate of Oman for the role it played in reaching a settlement between Iran and Belgium for the mutual release of detained nationals of the two countries. He also expressed his thanks for consultations on a number of issues and developments of concern.
Sayyid Badr also received a phone call today from Fuad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Iraq, regarding bilateral relations and consultations on developments of common interest.
