Foreign Minister receives Tanzanian Energy Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister received in his office in Muscat today January Yusuf Makamba, Energy Minister of Tanzania.

The meeting comes within the framework of the official visit of President Samia Suluhu Hassan of the United Republic of Tanzania to Oman.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries. It also reviewed major projects of mutual benefit that the two sides aspire to achieve in the energy field and its promising derivatives.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Khalid Almuslahi, Head of the Minister's Office Department; Mulham Bashir Al Jarf, acting Deputy Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) and officials from both sides.
