Foreign Minister receives Malaysian Foreign Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, received this evening (September 19th) Dr Zambry Abd Qadir, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.

The meeting took place at the United Nations headquarters in New York, on the sidelines of the seventy-eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, they discussed the friendly relations and cooperation between Oman and Malaysia and ways to enhance both in various fields in order to serve the aspirations of the two countries. They also discussed key regional and international developments.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Dr Mohammed bin Awad Alhassan, Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations in New York, as well as officials from both Oman and Malaysia.
