Foreign Minister meets Uzbek counterpart

Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, held a meeting with Bakhtiyor Saidov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries in the fields of economy, trade, and culture. They also explored opportunities for joint investments, particularly in the renewable energy and technology sectors.

The two Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
