Foreign Minister meets Australian Deputy Foreign Minister

Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, met today with Tim Watts, Deputy Foreign Minister of Australia.

During the meeting, bilateral relations between Oman and Australia were discussed and existing cooperation in various fields was reviewed.

The two sides stressed their interest and keenness to enhance bilateral cooperation and reviewed the potential in both countries to strengthen their cooperation to enhance economic relations to bring common benefits to their two friendly peoples.

The meeting was attended by Dr Hamoud Alwardi, Oman’s Consul General in Australia, as well as a number of officials from both sides.
