Minister in phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a phone call with Hakan Fidan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Türkiye.

The call discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries, reflecting the strong ties and shared interests between them.

The two Ministers also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues, underlining the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing challenges and promoting security and stability.

Sayyid Badr expressed sympathy and solidarity with Türkiye following the earthquake that struck Istanbul.

Hakan Fidan  his country's appreciation for the efforts of the Sultanate of Oman in facilitating talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, and in supporting a just and lasting agreement that serves the security and stability of the region.
